Nice CG
Nice place to stop before or after ferries. WES was good. ATT cell reception good. One of the only CG’s where the WiFi actually worked at the site (how often can you say that) Can walk to almost everything on island from CG. Staff very friendly. Stayed two nights in late March. Sites are tight so big rigs should call first.

Great Place
Only campground on island with electric. Some close together. Limited 50 amp and sewer. Close to harbor. Quiet. Utilities layout is strange in some sites. Other option on island is national park.

A great campground. Very laid back atmosphere and owner very accommodating. Stayed here in July 2017 and going back in July 2018. All I can say is that it fits my need!!!!

Bad Value
$40 for 30 amp only, no sewer hookup, sand spot, park streets that are barely paved. Better off to stay at NPS campgrounds or stay on Hatteras. Nasty deal.

Close To Town
Back in business after the recent hurricane went thru the cozy rv park has good amenities and cell/wifi. Good protectio from the wind and easy walk to the visitors info and ferry.
