Great Location
Paved sites, plenty of green space, beach is a short walk, saw a lot of dolphins just offshore, bugs were not bad yet, fishing was slow, very enjoyable tradewinds tackle was excellent

Great Beach...
We were here for a few days over Memorial Weekend and i’d definitely recommend avoiding holidays as the site was insanely busy.l/crowded with lines for showers etc. Campsite is situated a few mins walk from a beautiful beach. That’s the main positive. Campsites are basic - no water or electric, cold water showers. Even though facilities have apparently just been updated, only 2 of the 4 showers in c loop were in order/had a door. D loop currently has porta potties only. If I went back I’d stay in D loop - no generators allowed and probably the most private/shaded sites. But due to being in the dunes there is very little shade or privacy. Mosquitoes were insane. We’re still killing them in our camper 3 days later and we are both covered in bites from head to toe. Not my kind of camping.

Great Secluded Campground
No campfires allowed but each site has charcoal grill. Very clean but older bathrooms with toilets, sinks, hand dryers, and power outlets. Showers are outdoor stalls with cold water only, no lights. Many sites have private walking trials over the dune to the beach. Some sites have shade, some are open field sites. Mosquitoes are giant and plentiful. Dump station and water filling station are across street. There are water faucets near each bathroom. All sites are without water and electricity. The beach is amazing!
