Stunning
This place is absolutely beautiful. Dry camping but does have dump station, water fill station, hot free showers, trash. Loved site 6, 16, 17 (avoid 20, the worst site, unless ok with wide open/no privacy with view of bathhouse and parking/trash dumpsters.) Amazing trails, some of the prettiest I've explored. Lake is more a pond, trout stocked but fishing only for kids. Great hosts. Road is has 2 mi section that is windy and narrow but doable, so take er slow around corners. Natural Bridge SP is 8 miles and worth a visit (avoid weekends). Caves also nearby and Blue Ridge Parkway to Otter Creek through Glasgow was passable on 501 although windy steep section (not for big rigs but ok for my 25' class C). Locals said to avoid 781 to BRP as it becomes 1-lane dirt road that is mostly washed out. Would definitely return.

Great Place
Stopped for a quick rest for the night on our way home from vacation. Very nice sites and peaceful. Had a good night's sleep. The bathrooms and showers were well kept. Will definitely stay again when we're in the area.

Beautiful And Relaxing
We stayed here two nights and it was wonderful. The creek runs through the campground and could be a recording for relaxation. The campground was well maintained and most of the spots are flat. Plenty of room for our 20’ camper and truck. The site had a fire ring, picnic table, two light poles and a grill stand, all were in great shape. The bathrooms are basic but clean. The campground is in walking distance to the lake.
