Not Bad Bathhouse Nice
It’s a big parking lot, some trees and nice Mountain View’s, hence the name of the park. It was clean. Bathhouse nice, separate rooms with toilet, shower and sink.
Numerous long term residents but basically clean and quiet. I noticed two Texas State Trooper vehicles in the park, apparently residents and a Sheriff rolled through the park a couple of times during our stay.
I saw a game room and gym but didn’t use. I did do laundry with no issues.
I would stay overnight again

Overnight stay.
Got in late at night traveling back home. Stopped by the office n it states to pick a spot and either pay with cash and drop under the door. or pay once the office opens at 8am. We picked a spot that was easy to get into and easy to get out off for a 31ft travel trailer. I took my puppies for a walk in the morning and it seems like alot of permanent residents. The staff in the morning was very nice and friendly. I recommend this place for a quick overnight. The price for this spot was reasonable. They charge you based on ur size of RV. The LOVES truck stop that has a subway inside is nearby if you need anything.

Nice Overnight Park
Camp hostess was a wonderful lady. We arrived late at night and we’re able to pick our own spot. Spaces were clean, wide and level. Some highway and train noise but the camp was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Return Visit
We stayed here during pandemic when no where else was open. We returned this year. Upgrades to individual rest rooms and expanded laundry were very nice. Additional upgrades planned. Fees based on length of rig

Stayed overnight. Nice and being redone. Accommodates horses as well. Trees, level, pull-thrus. $38 is a fair price, will stay again when passing through.

It’s West Texas
If you are looking for an RV park with any kind of grass, well, you are in the wrong part of the country. However, if you want all the amenities and friendly service at a reasonable rate, then this is it. Many of the RV parks in this corridor are dumps, so stop here. Road noise. WiFi works fine. We didn’t use the other amenities.

Website and Email
Unfortunately the website and email don’t seem to be working correctly. It did say the park is under new management and updates are being done.

Nice Park!
Nice older park, friendly staff, the bath House is outdated but they keep it clean. Level graveled pads, plenty of room. Wi-Fi and cable, Great mountains views, When we stayed we were lucky enough to have a full moon which made for great pictures in the evening as well as an amazing sunrise in the morning! I Attached pictures
It is 30 miles from the border and we were informed by the police that Patrol the park frequently that there is a lot of illegal activity so please always be aware of your surroundings! Happy traveling!

Highly Recommended
Conveniently located off of I-10. Staff very nice and helpful. Grounds and facilities were immaculate. Took a site in the back that had gorgeous view of mountains and far enough from highway not to hear any traffic. Perfect for an overnight.

Perfectly Named
Such a pretty spot! You are surrounded by mountains! We overnighted and it was an easy pull-through, well-lit hook-ups, and super helpful staff. Very level sites with lots of room and we will definitely stay again on our way back!

Very pleasant owners and a beautifully kept large RV park with all lots on level gravel surface. Very neat and in order with clean showers and laundry facilities. Ice machine, dumpsters and dump station although all sites are large and have water, electric and sewer right there for you. Super large food run too. Only stayed here for a night but would have been happy to stay a week. No pool was the only thing that was missing but your don't get one of those at most RV sites anyway.

Clean Park
Clean and big park with big spaces. All pull-through which was nice. Nice picnic table and tree at sight. Very well maintained. Laundry was great $1.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry. Staff were very nice. Will stay again on my way back to Florida. It is a little pricy but worth it. Didn’t use the showers or bathrooms.

Clean And Very Nice.
We are traveling East on I10, we needed somewhere to spend the night and since it's so hot boondocking it's not an option. We got to this site at around midnight and we were so happily surprised. Flat gravel pull thru lots, clean bathrooms and showers, the owners are super helpful and nice. Little trees in every spot, which is nice since we are in the dessert. Full hook ups, wifi worked perfectly, cable (we didn't use it). Even though it's close to the highway there was barely any noise. Loved it and would stay here again.

Stayed overnight and everything was nicely laid out and very easy to access my site. Only negative was the very poor wifi, which I really wanted to use.

Experienced Travelers
We stayed here one night. It was close to I 10 but traffic noise was not a problem. Easy off and easy on. The hostess from Minnesota was the best. She knew the area and made some great restaurant recommendations. She was very honest about the “country WiFi” but we didn’t have any trouble with it. The gravel interior was well kept and the sight were all pull through sand level. Hookups were conveniently located and all sights had low lighting at night. The bath house had private bathrooms with showers. They were a little warn but clean. There was plenty of hot water. We would stay there again and I recommend it to others.

Don't Stay on July 4th
First off, nice park and Gail is amazing. So very helpful and kind. We stayed on July 4th and the owner decided that he wanted to have a firework show. What it amounted to was loads of mini explosions. My dogs were scared to death. Our trailer shook with every one. Very inconsiderate of the owner to disturb his paying customers for his own entertainment. Not very smart to alienate your oaying guests!

Nice Park
Sites were very level all gravel. Couple of trees but there aren't a lot of trees in the entire area. Staff was friendly. Crazy in and out. Just a little bit of freeway noise. Mostly quiet.

I didn’t use the showers so could not comment, but you could hear the highway and the train all night long. And the worse was the dog run.... great big area FULL of goat head stickers! I have 3 big dogs and wanted to let them run. I was thinking I was going to have to pick up all 3 (70+ lb) dogs and carry them out of area! So disappointed.

Gail!
She loves her job and it shows! Great park! I stayed once going west and liked her hospitality so much I stayed here again on my trip home. I forgot laundry soap but Gail instantly came to the rescue and let me use hers! I'm going to stay here every time I visit California from the D.C. area. Easy to pull in, pull out and very easy to access sewer, fresh water, and electricity!

We pulled in for one night, great service! Staff was knowledgeable about the area and where we could eat a good meal! Recommended Chuy's Mexican and it was fabulous! Park is clean and well kept, easy in and out for big rigs. We're 40 ft and tow a car, never had to unhook!! Definitely would stay there again!!

Meh
Nothing special- wish we had stayed at the KOA across the highway. Bathrooms were clean- but the long hallway With men and women co baths and handicapped showers- blah- barely room for me to stand in the shower. All dirt parking and it had just rained- we have dogs to yuk. Wouldn't recommend.
