Good Overnight, Old But Maintained

We spent the night, it was fine. Bathhouse is old but clean. Grounds maintained, pea gravel sites. A few trees. Long term residents sites were not trashy. I consider 3 stars average, which is what this park is.

Good Overnight

Host Richard was very courteous and helpful. Right off busy rt 20,clean facilities, very good wi-fi and cable. .a good travel bargain,Good Sam.

Friendly Overnight Spot

Small basic park. Very friendly staff. Easy to navigate into and through the park. Somewhat tight dirt/gravel spaces that are relatively level. Nice dog park. We used it as an overnight stopover for both our outbound and home bound travel. We will not hesitate to stay here in the future

Great Over Night

Very friendly and accommodating! Escorted to site and offer to help set up. Yes sites are a bit close as many older parks are but level and long and work fine for over night. Looking for a resort, not here. Looking for a good short stop, this is it. Wi Fi, cable tv which most parks don't offer. Highway noise? Yep, duh its next to I20 which by the way is easy on and off which is a good thing 40' coach towing. Did not use showers so can't say. Most don't use them anyway! Yes would stay here again.

This is a great little RV park for travellers. The owner Tim and his dog Bootsy are great. The park is quiet and nice for those who just need to rest.

34ft Class C

We stopped in for the night. Park is quiet given it sits next to I20. It has a laundry room and showers did not use either. Short walk under I20 to dollar store is nice. The folks that run the park are extremely nice and leave you be.

Passing Through

We were on our way to Carl's Bad Caverns and needed a stop over . Perfect spot off of Interstate 20 to pull into. We have a 40 ft and fit great in a pull through . They have cable tv and WiFi . Also a dog park. We were greeted when we arrived. Thanks for a pleasant stay

Passing Through...

Pretty good if you are passing through. Level sites, easy access to I-20 and strong WIFI are all pluses, but the biggest plus is attributable to the people who run the place who are very nice and accommodating. The park is short on amenities but does have a small dog park, laundry and bathrooms. I didn't look at the laundry or the bathrooms so I can't comment on cleanliness. As noted by others, this park caters mainly to long-term renters who I assume work in the oil patch. Two negatives: the park is a bit on the "tired" side and there are grass burrs everywhere. Our dogs picked up quite a few and my wife spent an hour either pulling them out or cutting them out of theircoats.

Decent

Previous reviews are all correct. Convenient, large level pullthrough sites, next to i20. Mostly fulltime oilfield workers. Easy to maneuver 40ft fifthwheel. Spot was only about 15ft wide so tight to neighboring units. Good for a stop over.

Just Ok

Over nite stay for us. Very clean, owners very nice, gravel but level sites, very tight, rode me around and let me pick my site I wanted. Next to I-20 so traffic noise was expected but not bad. Did have lots of full timers saw one other overniter. Full hook up, Cable was good. Owners live on site

Nice, Clean & Friendly

Easy to find & quiet. Everything's included in price. Water, power for 50amp or 30amp, showers, cables tv. Nice fenced off leash dog area. Pull through spots. Showers & bathroom very clean. Tim, the owner & his adorable dog, Bootsie, escorted us to our site which was very kind & helpful.

Owner was friendliest ever. Cable and WiFi fabulous. Sites were long and level. Owner needs to get his full timers and long term renters to clean up. Makes the park dirty looking.

Nice

Nice roadside rv park. Owner was very pleasant. We stayed in a motorcoach. Nice shaded pull through spot. The wifi was super fast. The cable was top notch about 136 channels and very crisp picture. Dog park needs cleaning. In all a good experience. No pool or spa.

Need a place due to a problem with our RV. Tim the new owner was very helpful with trouble shooting our issue.

Nice Overnight

First of all Do not trust your GPS. When calling for reservations ask for directions. Lots of Pull Thru's for Big Rigs. Great WiFi and lots of stations on cable! Friendly campground hostess! Stayed here in 40ft Motor Home with Toad. $30 with GS.
