Basically Fine
We paid $35 per night. Booked through the website. The sites are level gravel and dirt with grass between the sites. Each site has a flagstone patio and that's it. No picnic tables or anything beyond the hookups. However, some of the sites have metal awnings over them at no extra cost. I think the longer term people are more likely to get these. There are only two shower/bathrooms for the park of 80 sites, and they're clean and working properly.
The WiFi seems to work adequately well and I only had to use my cellphone hotspot once.
The price is right for an overnight.

Not A Bad Place
This place has a solid four for us. Just lacking that extra WOW factor for a 5 star.
It looks clean and kept up. Made the reservations on line and via a couple of emails. So we had no human contact so I cannot comment on the staff but I can say everything went smoothly.
If we are ever in the area again and needed a place to stop we would definitely stay here again.

No Short Term Stays
Apparently they only do monthly stays now.

Too Old?
We have a new-to-us 2002 Winnebago Rialto. When we pulled in after 8 hours of driving we were told we could not stay because our RV was over 10 years old! I've never in my life been turned away for such a snobbish reason! And the newer 5th wheel waiting in front of us was admitted yet had sewage dripping from their black water leaving quite a puddle on the ground! Yet they were allowed to stay but we weren't because our RV was older! We came to the park next door who was very gracious and even gave us a HUGE discount because my husband is disabled and a veteran! Apparently not only is West Tx "Friendly" RV misnamed but they have no southern hospitality or respect or courtesy for our military veterans. NEVER stay here! Come next door instead!

Overnight Stay
Park is fairly decent however ask for any discounts they offer because they won't honor them once you arrive. Then you pay the full amount. Learned my lesson.

Overnight Stay
Decent pull-through park. A little pricey for the accommodations. Tight sites, not much of a yard. Very friendly staff!!!
