Perfect Stay
Stayed over the fourth and had a great time. Forty footer with toad. Had to unload but plenty of back I. Space decent size lots not full hook up. Had wagons you could use to dump if needed. Great view of 5 different firework shows and then campground put on one of their own. Close to town and easy to get around. Beach a little rocky but still able to enjoy.

Loved our stay here. The beach view of the bridge and Mackinac Island were spectacular. Quiet and small with everything you need. The bike trail was great going right into downtown and miles through the pines in the other direction. Fireworks on Tuesday and Friday nights weather permitting. We loved seeing and hearing the children play on the beach playground in the evening. Great night sky.

We spent four days on site 23. Amazing views of Mackinac with a convenience to downtown. Small campground that is very quiet. lots of kids playing at the beach. I would definitely return to this campground if I was in the area again.

Summer Stay 2020
We absolutely fell in love with this campground! The people staying here are so very friendly. We are planning another stay next summer. The owners are very nice. It’s a small quaint campground. Book ahead they fill up fast.

Needs some TLC
Small sites, a bit run down. First campsite we’ve experienced where our water hose could not reach the water. We borrowed an extension hose from the camp host, who was very friendly. Bathhouse and dump station need maintenance and repair. Most expensive campground we had on a 3+ week trip through 20 states ($52). At that price, we won’t be back.

Great Place
Been here a couple times. Clean, quiet. Owners and camp hosts are awesome and so helpful. Bathrooms and showers could definately be updated but the view and free shuttles to the ferry make up for the inconvenience

One Of My Favorite Parks
The park has an amazing view, and friendly atmosphere. Sites are alittle tight, but as long as you go into your stay knowing mackinac tends to be a popular area you'll have a good time. We had site 78 and a 30foot travel trailer, no problems. Friends had site 79, that was tighter and fire pit was a foot from a tree line. No biggie we hosted the fire. Staff has always been friendly to us our past 3 visits.

Beautiful Views
This campground is very close to Mackinaw Island. You can see the bridge. Firewood, ice and other things needed can be purchased inside. We rented a kayak from a place in town and they delivered them to us for 25.00
Each. They picked them up also. Mackinawscooters.com
Must back into spaces. They have a bonfire nightly that is lit and then left. You can sit around the fire or like us we sat on the beach with the chairs or swings provided. Bugs were bad. I’d recommend bug spray. We spent 4 days and ended up taking a day trip to Mackinaw Island. The shuttle is great because then you don’t have to pay to park. Ferry took 16 minutes and the island is gorgeous. We took a day and went to Canada and found a beach to play in. Great location.

Quaint
Very nice campground. Small and fun. Shower house is nice and clean. Small beach with playground for kids. Great view of the bridge.
Some sites are smaller than others. If you have large camper, would check availability. Sites have fire rings, but some are at the back of the site, so your camper may cover them. No cooking grates on them, so bring your own. Nightly bonfire on the beach provided, with seating. Can purchase wood from them. Small camp store also. Friendly staff!
Electric and water provided. Dump station located by shower house.
Would stay again!

Great Place To Camp
We've been going to the tee pee campground for over 30 years. Owners are great, the staff are friendly and so are the campers. The beach view is outstanding.

Great View
Really nice campground with a great view of the lake and the Mighty Mac. It was quiet and easy to get in and out. If you have a huge camper you might have issues. I would contact the office to see if your rig can fit. No sewer at campsite, but they do have a dumpstation with portable tanks to use.

Very nice! Some sites very close to the water. Well maintained. Grass/dirt sites only. Mackinac Island ferrys shuttle service from this location. Loved sitting in the swing on the shore! Great value!
