I used to come here as a kid and don't remember the campsite being right on top of each other like they are.... it would help if they had like a sidewalk path somewhere between the loops because people kept walking through my campsite all night. Bugs were minimal. Mullett Lake looks great. If you get one of the campsites in loop 1 right on the water you can anchor your boat and walk out to it.

Eh
Stayed here 3 nights. We thought $90 for electricity only, with no privacy, no trees, was kind of expensive. Maybe that's the way Michigan state parks are, but we stay at a lot of different kinds of parks all around the country and can usually find nicer places for less. Firewood is $10 or $20 a bundle. Bath houses were clean, but very dated. The 1" multi colored tiles that covered the floors and wall throughout the entire bathroom was dizzying. Probably won't be back.

rainy stay
Stayed only one night en route to UP. Not a lot of privacy since the lots are quite close without much foliage to divide. The view of the lake was gorgeous though. A huge storm rolled thru at night that flooded much of the lots. Not sure of the other amenities or restrooms since we just stuck to the camper during the pandemic.

Water Front
Large campground with tons of lake side sites. Lots are pretty big also. Pet friendly. Water at spikets only.
