Stopped to use the day use beach while moving from one provincial park to another as the overnight permit is good at any provincial day use park.
There was no parking for a tow vehicle and trailer. One would have to drag your lunch items across the incoming lane and the exit lane of the park to get to the grassy area and beach. We ate in the trailer by the registration office.
And then a train came rumbling by. We could feel the ground vibrate. Live and learn.

Worst of ‘em All
CN rail passes by at least dozen times DAILY. When they blast their horns 4 times .... it will ruin your conversation, and literally have to stop talking as its loud and abnoxious to hear the horn. Camp sites are too close to each other, no privacy. Lake/beach area is beautiful to look at... but that gets ruined by the loud train. Stay away unless you love sound of train horns.

Very small sites for a small trailer. Trees. Rustic, rough CG. Good shower but didn't shut off. Been to several nice prov pks and this one was a disappointment, not well maintained.
