The one thing that stood out was the size of the sites. Some were small but the majority were large, well treed between. Not too many are completely flat; some will have you sliding out of the tent. Some sites are flat but below the grade of the road. The roads in the park are asphalt, broken asphalt and gravel. Watch out for the bumps.
The fresh water full is only on the drivers side; make sure you have a white full hose with you. There was no fitting on the fill hose or flush hose.
Some of the trails are a workout with a good climb.
The washrooms at the comfort stations are old with cold water only. There are two showers for the whole campground in the valley view section. Most electrical stands are not conveniently placed and could take 50ft or more.
It was a nice pleasant park with close proximity to Campbellford (2 km walk from the main entrance)
