We spent 8 days at this park. Staff is very friendly- we enjoyed Carla’s daily visits on her golf cart to let us know what was happening for the day. Great water access for swimming or boating. Beware of the jellyfish though. Has 3 pools which were nice. Did encounter some golf carts with loud music but never heard them past 11 pm. We stayed on a paved pull through site which was spacious. Site # 20. Gets a lot of morning sun! We will definitely be back. Enjoyed the views of the Rappahannock river!

Everything was great except for the amount of golf carts joy riding around all day and night. Walk at your own risk

Clean and Friendly Staff
Pull through spots were small but nice and level. Not a fan of the boom box golf carts so be prepared to hear music and air horns right up to 11pm. Probably will not be back because of this. Too bad because it's a nice camp ground with great staff.

Beautiful Facility Not Quite 5 Stars
Overall great park. Lots of full time seasonal units which are on the most awesome lots in the park. The grass at our site was very overgrown which is a haven for bugs. We asked them to mow and were told will put it on the list, unfortunately nothing was done.
Will come back hopefully they mow before then. Oh one more thing the ice cream store hours should be expanded! WiFi forget it. We are less than 50 feet from an antenna paid 14.95 for WiFi upgrade and only occasionally can reach the web. Took 2 hours to set up an account and log on after we called the number the office gave us. I know you are camping so stay off your devices, wife works remote and needed to log on for her job. She used her phone hot spot instead
