Wow! Stopped for a one night stay on our way to Canada…over priced at $60 bucks and just a run down trailer park…. Keep moving and bypass this place….

Too Expensive

This is really just a place to park. They offer water, sewer electric for $50. They charge extra for a third person, 50 amp, etc. The map is wrong btw. The area is a little dodgy as well. Don't stay here. No showers, playgrounds, nothing.

Good For Overnight

A little pricey 45.00, for a gravel parking lot. No bathrooms or showers claims to be under repairs. Our slip #12 had no cable, once setup did feel like moving.. Very convenient to I - 81, but you can hear the traffic all night....

Easy access off of 81 on rt. 11 , Roanoak St. Basics only, gravel lots, but very friendly helpful people and water when it's 27 degrees outside in early March! Gas and food close by. Would stay here again overnight.
