Ok campground! Expensive considering the very tight sites. Our site was not cleaned and the sewer cap was broken when arrived. Appears to have lots of activity for young families! The 30 amp full hook up sites appear spaced out better than the 50 amp sites

Danger! Avoid at all costs. Same spot double the price since last year. There were posted signs outside the office that there is dangerous levels of lead in the water in the campground. The gate booth was open and unattended at 4:30. It was explained by an employee the next morning.that the gatekeeper was fired for drinking on the job. Miss the previous owners. We won’t be back. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Fantastic

Now called Sun Outdoor. We only stayed two nights but would definitely stay here again. Check-in went smoothly. Activities daily, cafe, nice mini golf (free)5 pools. Adult only pool on bay side. 4 pools and a splash pad. Store is fully stocked. Huge laundry room. Verizon and AT&T work great. Dog beach. Pond with paddle boats. You won’t be disappointed and the children will be very happy. Lots of space between rigs. Some with oversized rigs such as 5th wheels will need to park their trucks in overflow lot. We had a fantastic time even though it was short. Happy travels.

Long Lines

Long lines - too expensive. Proof of Rabies, the state requires a tag - this place requires a letter from the doctor! Had to go back and wait in line (line was worse)again for the golf cart (insane). Its a good place but they think they are Disney - resort fee, county fee, state fee, vehicle fee - it’s insane!

Huge , Clean And Accommodating

We arrived after 5pm on a Saturday evening during a big Halloween party and was greeted by Ranger Mike who made an extra effort to help us find a very beautiful spot right in the beach . This is a very large park with very clean bathrooms and nicely spaced sites with a variety of choices. General store is well stocked , cafe for prepared foods too. Great beach for relaxing , fishing off the pier , boating , etc. highly recommend this place !

Great Time

Last year this was our first time camping. We had a great time even though the pool,minie golf were not open explored Cape Charles and the area stayed 4 days will be back again this May for our anniversary.

Awesome Time

My family and friends stayed here for the first time in Aug. 2018. We stayed 5 nights. Very clean staff was awesome alot for the kids to do. The general store had everything you need. The cafe the food was great. Did not want to leave can't wait to go back next year for a week!!!!

Great place, a lot of activities...only complaint...the tram...don't know when it makes it cycle..... If you have a golf cart, your set...

Loved This Park!

Omg this park is the bomb! We arrived early and pulled into our beach front site! What a view! We stayed two nights but really want to come back. This park is a great get away for families of all ages! Very clean and everyone is very friendly. A must go.

Beautiful

We love this camp ground we never wanna leave when we go .crabbing fishing swimming mini golf lots of things to do . So worth the 8 hour drive for us.

Nice Campground if no storm comes across river.

We go every year for Mother's Day weekend. We have made some of our greatest memories there.
