Switcheroo

We will not stay here again. When we arrived they would not honor their rate on our written reservation confirmation from them in December. They had raised their rates by 10+% citing their right to raise prices. We received that notice 3 days before our arrival giving us no real chance to go elsewhere. We understand that, but the ethical thing they should have done is to honor any reservations already on the books while applying the new rate to new reservations. The office couldn't have cared less. But, they did grudgingly honor their original rate. Management needs to get some common sense/ethics/customer service attitude.

Our Gold Standard

We love this place, we go there every year. It has enough fun things that make it interesting but it's also not up in your business like some of these "resort" campgrounds are. The rates are decent and it's run by very nice people. The beautiful rural VT atmosphere is apparent throughout the area.

Very Nice

We've stayed at many campgrounds thru the US and this is definitely one of our favorites. Beautiful setting. Large level lots, activities, big pool and entertainment. People in the office were very nice. Will definitely come back again.

Nice campground at the base of the Green Mountains along the Third branch of the White River. Full hookups and recreational events at the campground if your looking for that kind of thing. A little busy but Makes a great base camp for fishing expeditions.
