Closed for October 2022
Arrived this afternoon (10/23) only to find it closed. We hope it's not in response to other poster's memorial day observation; hope it will re-open sometime. It was a nice place. If it was open I'd rate 4 stars.
Was able to stop in our towed vehicle (not our RV) and read the sign laying on the ground. Park is closed for maintenance 10/1 - 11/1/2022. Looks like new 4x4s for all power pedestals. From the road couldn't tell what else has been done but looks like it'll be nice.
Changing my rating to 4 stars.

Who Is In charge?
This park has changed and not for the good. Sites taken over by trailer park people not campers. Trash all over their sites. I have pictures but no way to post. " SAD"

What a beautiful park! At such a low rate, they don't have people to pick up litter. Please join me, do your part to help keep the river area and park free of trash. As I walk my dog I carry a bag for trash. Help the wildlife, plastic and cans can be deadly. Deer in the morning, white herons all day, can't wait to walk the trails.

Good Stay
Park is really nice. Spaces are far enough apart to let the kids go out and stretch there legs. Overall very enjoyable.

Excellent Park
30 day limit, full hook ups. Right next to an awesome park. Lots of deer, but also lots of feral dogs, so be on the lookout.
