Mix Feelings lol!

I don’t know where to start with this place…good first: beautiful lake amazing views, some sites are right on the water. Bad:our site #A04 was so un leveled that we had to unhooked and change site (pull through)Also the park needs a lot of maintenance, broken trees everywhere, electric boxes opened. But the worst thing I can say is You have to like your neighbors! Barking dogs, kids screaming , boaters parties (10 pickups trucks on one site) seems like a few families are staying 2 weeks on rotation… I will not be back

Great weekend stopover

Clear Spring Campground on Wright Patman Lake was only half full for our weekend stay which may have contributed to it's quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Our campground was across the street from the campground along the lake and was in a pine forest, which made for nice, shaded campsites with full hookups. Deer frequented the roadside near us and included 2 bucks and as many as 4 fawns. I would have liked more privacy and space between campsites, but all in all, we were happy with our campsite. Wright Patman Lake is huge and we enjoyed kayaking on the lake. In fact, there wasn't much boat traffic and the lake was amazingly quiet for a Saturday. This is a great campground for those who enjoy watersports.

Great Stay

Have stayed here many times in the past 12 years. Good place to stay. Campgrounds need some work now. Great views of the lake, good cell phone signal and not to close to town. Half price for seniors. Long camp spots. It dont get much better than that.

Clear Springs

Great park Great Lake, beautiful place... clean clean clean... great public restrooms and showers. We drove 6 hours and it was well worth it... Would defiantly come back!

First time at Clear Springs. Very nice park. Pads are level, facilities are clean, loops D and E have sewer hookups also. We'll be back. Pretty area on lake.

Have camped here many times clean and peaceful very pretty place to camp

Camper

I have camped here many times in a 40 ft fith wheel trailer. Some sights are 30 amp some are 50 amp and some have sewer. Most sights will take a 40 ft rv. This is one of the best camp grounds we have been in. We have seen dear in the park every time we have been here. The camp workers are always nice and friendly.

We have RV camped at Clear Springs campground several times and have enjoyed every stay. The staff is friendly and the park and facilities are kept very clean.
