Love this Camp

We spent one night and loved it. Very friendly staff made after hours check in very easy. Their sites are nicely spaced out. Really clean bathrooms and showers (so far the best we have experienced during our trip). It's close to a busy road, so it's not too quiet, but that didn't bother us.

Adequate Overnight Stop

This is not a fancy RV resort, but it is a perfectly suitable overnight stop. Easy access from the highway and easy maneuverability through the park. The park rules state “no dogs over 20lbs” - but several guests (including me) walked dogs that were at least three times that size, so the rule seems to be loosely enforced (if at all). Speaking of dog walks, there is no dedicated pet area within the park, but the Loves truck stop across the street has a very nice, grassy, fenced enclosure for pets. The gravel/dirt sites are relatively level with nice grass lawn areas between neighbors. We stayed during the COVID pandemic period and did not make use of any amenities so we cannot comment on them. Our one-night cost, with Good Sam discount, was $38. We will likely stay here again in future travels.

Unfriendly

Disclosure: I did not stay here. I just called to make a reservation and was told, “I’m on lunch, would you call back in a half hour.” I grew up in a family-owned small business. We answered the phone during posted business hours, and helped customers, or if business exceeded available employees, put the answering machine on. And we would never have told them to call us back. Called another RV park, down the road, and was helped promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner.

Nice Park

I stayed one night. I have stayed here other years as well. Friendly host. Clean park. Across the street from truck stop but wasn’t an issue. I recommend this park.

Big & Clean

Big spots, clean well maintained grounds, and easy after hours check in and payment drop box. $40 a night.

Worked for Us!

Yes, it was noisy, but you sleep with a/c or heat on anyway. Good location, nice grounds, loved seeing my first ever Oriole! Nice laundry room, good walking, pretty trees, friendly staff. It was a perfect overnighter for us. Love’s travel stop right next door. Departed May 8th, 2019.

Clean Roomy Sites

Easy in and out. Freeway noise only negative. Park is neat and clean. Staff friendly, helpful. Would stay here again

OK For A Night

The good stuff: convenient to I20. Staff friendly and helpful. Keep a set of sites for overnighters. Clean. The not so good: very noisy all night from activity at the truck stop across the street; loudspeakers, truck noises all night long. Sites are gravel but not level and a little rough. Due to the noise, I probably would not stay again.

Nice Rv Park

Jut stayed there. Great place . Clean and staff was great

Very nice basic RV Park. Extra long pull thru (40 ft motorhome, 21 ft boat, and a Jeep all on one space). Lots of grassy yard between spaces. Wide streets for easy turning. Reasonable rate. I didn’t see a fenced dog park or this would be 5 stars.

Very Clean

Friendly, Very Clean and convenient to highway. Little road and train noise but no big deal, would stay again !!! (35 foot Class a with toad)

Perfect overnight spot

This place was perfect for an overnight spot. Super easy to find. Leaving the fueling at Loves...cross the stress....The showers were spotless. Laundry room and books. WI-FI worked. Well spaced pull threw spots. Each had a mini yard. Hook ups all in good order. Self service check in. Easy. Yes you will hear hwy noise it's on 1-20 accross from Loves truck stop however I travel with a white noise machine...problem solved. Over all the property was well maitained and quiet and safe. This will be a permanent stop for our half way point to NM.

Great Overnighter

I enjoyed this place. The park is on a slight hill, and the sites are terraced.
