Clean Park
Very clean park. Great stop off highway from Dallas to Colorado. Easy in and out. We lost power for a few w hours due to storms, but it wasn't the parks fault. Would stay here again if out that way.

Nice place for an overnight stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Reasonable rates and clean bathrooms. They've done a great job turning the old gin into a nice place. Would stay here again.

Thanks!
We have stayed at this park twice because of how clean it is and how friendly the people are. This time that was even more apparent! We thought our inside cat got out while we were messing with the awning. We asked a couple people if they’d seen him and before we knew it the park host and many were looking for him. After several hours of looking we found him inside the slide of our new little R-Pod! How he slipped his 15 -20 pound body through the 3 inch gap we’ll never know. Typical curious cat, he apparently wanted to explore his new surroundings! We had to disassemble kitchen drawers to get him out! We had people later that night and in the morning asking if we’d found him and someone even stopped with a cat that night! THANK YOU to all who cared and took the time to help us. We are very grateful for your kindness.

Very nice RV Park. Water, Sewer, 30 & 50 AMP electric, cable. Very friendly people. Stayed for the night on our way to Yellowstone. I would stay again.

Great RV park. We were stopping through on our way home from Montana and were only there for the evening. The bathrooms were the cleanest I had ever seen at an RV park with cozy touches. We checked in on a Sunday when the office was closed but everything was easy and well organized for self check-in. I enjoyed the cotton gin, barn cats and chickens on the property - felt like I was staying on Grandpa's old farm! There were many monthly renters but everything was still peaceful and the stars at night were definitely BIG and bright. It was a nice "Welcome" back to our home state!

Ok for a single night
Sites were reasonably level. Don’t expect to take an early shower since the doors are locked. We only spoke with the staff over the phone, but they were cordial, polite and professional.

Nice park with good location traveling to or from Dallas to Colorado . We were very disappointed in October 2018 when we were returning from Colorado. We were parked by several men....appeared to be workers.... they sat outside at their table with several bottles of liquor and drank. They urinated outside when we were eating our dinner. Our only alternative was to close our blinds. I doubt we will stay here again if it has become a trailer park for workers.

Great Little Park
Friendly staff level sites with grass. Easy in and out with pull through. One night stay for us. Great halfway for us on the way to Dallas. Would have given 5 Stars if it had a had surface to park on or a hard surface patio area. Will stop again when we come through next time.

Will Return Again
I stayed with family on my trip last September. Very quiet place and clean. Price was very reasonable from what I know. The pool was clean and refreshing in Texas September heat, after a day of Dove Hunting. Showers and restrooms were very clean. I will be bringing my own RV this Sept. United Market in Quannah just South of town. Also 7 Day Donuts.

What A Gem!
Check in was easy and quick. Greeted with a smile and a welcome that we Texans expect. Simple and clean park that is great for a quick stop or even couple of nights. We will be back through in the fall or spring and this place is high on the list. The pool was cool and refreshing on this 108* day.... Neat place, easy in and out. Highly recommend. The owner's and front desk team were very nice!

An oasis in the west Texas prairie! Clean, tidy, well groomed small facility with friendly staff and remarkably broad amenities. Bathroom/showers are not only clean, but well equipped with hanging hooks, chairs and even local art decorations. Sites are gravel but remarkably level. Swimming pool in season. Convenient laundry.
Hours seem flexible: may close before posted hours, so call ahead even if have reservations.
Unencumbered views of of West Texas prairies. Currently, crowded with long term residents working on local
power line repairs.
Quaint, quirky, comfortable and unexpected between DFW and Amarillo. On site store has basic supplies, including ice, sometimes.

Awesome
We will be back. This has Wi-Fi that actually works. Used Roku. All the other comforts of home for a reasonable price. Gayle, the new owner, is enthusiastic and welcoming. What a treasure in the middle of 'nowhere.' Texas to Colorado. Here is great.

Nice Place
As of Aug 1, 2017 this place is under new ownership. Pool was small but never crowded. The spots are gravel and level. There is plenty of room and it doesn't feel like you are crammed in.
Gail and her husband were vary nice and helpful. They told me improvements are coming soon.

Great place!
We stopped here on our way to New Mexico. The pool was crystal clear and the grounds are very well kept. We called ahead and got our site number, which was very easy to pull through with our tow vehicle. The staff are very helpful and friendly! Their store has some basics and ice, which is always appreciated. We will certainly return again!

Surprisingly Good
Showers were adequate but as expected, just basics. The grounds and facilities were well kept. It had quite a few people there, so probably good to call ahead to reserve. Staff was very helpful and kind. Easy pull through spots with easy set up. The pool, although tiny, was a welcomed relief from the heat, while the camper cooled down. Would definitely stop there again.

Well Kept Facility
The majority of pull-through sites had all filled by 6 PM. Very busy most all the time. Fortunately, I had called late morning to reserve a spot for our 45' Super C with car in tow. Ms. Terry called me back to let me know a "reserved" cone with our name was on site 36 - previously saying "no need for reservation". Very nice and not too many trees for good hotspot wifi. We'll be back if we're this way again!
