This is a small public park, operated by the water district. It's clean, and a great place to boondock for a few days. You can park next to the Water. It's very relaxing. The Texas Fish and Wildlife officers will check you in at your chosen site. They will check your i.d. They will explain the rules. You can have a firepit, but not use rocks from the lake. So bring a metal fire ring. Pets allowed on leash. I have 3 dogs, and no problem. I have a 25 ft. Travel trailer. There is plenty of nearly level spaces for larger RVs too. The park closes at midnight except to campers. I felt safe. Law enforcement is ever present.
