I give this park 3 of 5 stars. The 3 are for its cleanliness, large spaces, and bathrooms. For me it wasn’t a five for a few reasons - I’ve been to this park before it’s massive renovation and I really think they missed out on revamping it to where the camping sites don’t even have any kind of lake view whatsoever and the old campground area which was set up on a peninsula where most camp sites had a Great Lake view and lake access was turned into a day use only area. To compound the annoyance of this fact, you need to drive to get from the campground area to the day use area. Another star loss because the only way to tent camp is to rent an RV site. One more issue is cost - we were charged $40/night for a site with our motor home plus another $20/night for our vehicle. Tad pricey for the “amenities” you have access to.
