Whole moth of Apr 2024

Park has gotten very crowded since they put in all the cabins. Grass was tall and they only cut it once while we were there, just before we left. $$$$$, but it’s due to location. Lots of different food places to eat. No off leash park for dogs but plenty of grass areas for them and poop stations. We were by the pool in the back part of park., so had to walk to the front of park for dumpster. Not sure if we would stay there again,

Well Kept. A Little Cramped

Pros: This is a clean park. Looks to be well maintained. Crews all over doing upkeep. Concrete pads & roads Very good wifi Good air TV reception Mid-range on the price Cons: 50' pull thru is little tight for a 44' coach. Had to unhook the toad to get parked. No room for toad in the spot. BUT they allowed us to put it in the adjacent slot. No tables at the spots (at least at ours) Quite a bit of late nite/early am park trafffic created more noise than we'd like. Would give it 4 stars if there was more room at the spots.

Very clean facilities. Easy in and easy out. Excellent grass for the pup. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this place! Super easy convenient location, close To the boardwalk.

Expensive

Unable to reach them before arrival. Spent night and checked in in the morning before departure. 59$ seems much even for this location. Would not have slept here if we had known. Please post prices online!! There were many oldish campers around. Nice lake walk with active gas fire pits. Three pools, but didn’t use them.

Don’t Let Photos Fool You!

Rented space based on online photos. Paid for a month stay plus electric deposit up front ($812.00). Was promised there would be plenty of room to park 2 vehicles at space and told them my RV was 42ft long. Arrived on site to a pad that was too short for our RV. Could not park 1 car, let alone 2. Space was so tight we couldn’t even open our slides. Ended up staying in a hotel. Talked to staff the next day and was told they really didn’t have any spaces big enough for me and that she would get the manager to refund my money the next day. We rented somewhere else and then they REFUSED to refund my money!!!!! Very rude and took $662 from us bc we never stayed a night there!!! Beware!!!! I would say they have 250 spots on the size of a Walmart parking lot, it’s ridiculous!

Very Nice

Neat, clean & lots of laundry available. 3 bath houses. All concrete. Restaurants across the street.
