Sticker Burrs!

Our family stayed here for 10 months for work. It was a nightmare! It’s the ONLY decent park in Floresville! Every single spot has grass absolutely COVERED in sticker burrs! Every time I let my dogs out or my children wanted to go play I would hear a Yelp or crying from my kids and dogs from all the sticker burrs! The manager told me to pull all the stickers out by hand and buy my own lawn mower to cut the grass at my spot to stop the stickers. Im not going to pay $525 a month and maintain my spot when it’s in the paperwork that they keep up with the grounds! ALSO NO ONE keeps their dogs on a leash. I have children and pets of my own and I had to constantly be on the lookout for peoples dogs to come barking and running at my dogs and kids. I told the manager and nothing ever got done about it. The happiest day of our families time there was the day my husband said to pack up!!! The photos online are a lie! There’s NO playground! PLEASE DONT STAY HERE! Save yourself the trouble!!!!

Grass is kept nice, free wifi, owners are nice and easy to get ahold of. Will update if any problems but so far so good!
