Simple But Adequate

I recently spent a month at Country Oasis. I was not looking for resort amenities, just a clean, comfortable and quiet RV spot while visiting family in Georgetown. The Park is 10 minutes from I-35 so would also be convenient for a short stay. Sites are gravel and fairly level, not crowded, utilities are readily available but the sewer hookup is towards the front so be prepared with 20 - 30 feet of sewer hose. Many long term residents, park is neat and well maintained. Propane is only a 20# tank exchange but tanks can be filled at Tractor Supply in Georgetown. Site improvements are in work, fresh stone and new concrete patios. Nice large area in the back of the park for a dog walk, is fenced on 3 sides. The only complaint I had was common to most parks I have been at and not the fault of the park - people need to be responsible and pick up after their dogs. Very happy with the owners and accommodations, we will definitely return.
