Good Stop

Friendly owner. Propane easy access for larger coaches. BTW, diesel pushers ...I don't recommend using your jacks. Ground too soft as it rained recently. Sites are level. Roberts steakhouse is 1mile...and delicious.

Nice open level RV sites. Bathrooms clean and nice laundry room. Owner was super nice. Right off of I-10 so good for an overnight travel stop. A bit noisy from the interstate.

We broke down on I-10, and pulled off in Flatonia to figure out our issues. We called the RV park just for suggestions on a RV mechanic, and the owner drove to where we were just to give us some business cards of a couple mechanics, and suggested an auto parts that store might have what we need. Very nice, and helpful man. We limped the camper to his RV park for the night. Level spots, $30 for a pull though. Would definitely stay again.

Peaceful.

I really appreciate the ultra easy pull through sites. My 40ft fit just fine. The pond makes for a beautifully peaceful retreat. My husband and I had only planned for one night, but decided to stay for eight days, because the owner is allowing us to replace our roof and upgrade our solar with four new panels. It's Christmas time for the RV. The owner is worth meeting in person to know how wonderful he is. As a bonus, there are rural roads to explore to delight in the natural beauty of Texas.

A great stopover park plenty of space, week WiFi, no TV. Friendly staff. Highway noise is a disturbance. Would do again.

Lovely Park

Very neat, clean, and well kept small park. Lots of grass (early spring now, so maybe not in the summer). Many sites had trees which provided welcome shade. Would definitely return!

What a nice clean park. The woman that checked us in was so friendly and helpful. They can accommodate large rigs, plenty of room. Enjoyed a nice walk around the pond. Easy on and off I-10. Would stay here anytime we are travelling through.

Nice over night, showers were clean good rates nice people and friendly.

I just want to thank you all for being so nice and having a easy access park with very large sites. I only have one complaint but the people next to us have cats and this morning I found they had been walking all over my jeep. I just wanted to let you know people who don't have cats would not appreciate this. Beautiful park.
