Clean, Small, Quiet, Convenient
This is a nice spot for visiting College Station. It’s easy to get to, excellent access to town, nice and quiet with the occasional cow mooing. All concrete pads, full hookups, but also very basic, no frills, which we were fine with. The people were all nice, laundry on site and 24/7 access which is great. And there’s a game room with tables, a TV and a couch right next to the laundry so you can sit and wait without your butt falling asleep. My only complaint is the beastly speed bump at the entrance. Hit that thing head on with your rig or it will toss you all over hell and back. Getting in is easy, leaving I missed it and hit it at an angle. Our TV hit the floor for the first time ever on that monster. It was 180 a week which seems high but is on par for the area because of the college and football season.

Clean, Well Maintained, Friendly Staff
We stayed here for the weekend. Office staff very accommodating and flexible as we didn’t know if we needed to be there Friday or Saturday. They let us cancel Friday without any issues last minute. All roads and pads are paved, level, and very clean. Extremely quiet.
Will definitely stay here again.

A Hidden Gem
Relatively new park far enough from the highway for peace and quiet, but convenient to College Station. New concrete pads, level slots, separate concrete parking pad at each site, manicured grass. Relatively roomy slots. No shade trees. Asphalt roads, nicely laid out. Two secured private restrooms, large with stone tile. Two secured private shower rooms, huge, with stalls big enough for three, should you be so lucky*.(Suggestion to management: add mirror in the shower room.) Function room. Fenced dog park. Pool (closed for season, did not use).
Office is closed on Sunday, so calling from the road for Sunday night reservation is problematic. Very nice counter staff. Extremely clean, orderly park. I would absolutely choose this park when I’m in the area.
*(Lucky enough to have two tots with you too young to shower by themselves, of course.)
