Not a bad place. People do not clean up after their pets but oh well. Great overnight place to stay and it's quiet. No frills at all.

Great Overnight
This place is a great overnight spot. There is no frills but if you just need spot to sleep for the night, this is it. The owner is not on site so it's first come first serve there are envelopes up at the main entrance that you pay $25 CASH and put it into the the mailbox slot. There are pizza restaurants close enough that will deliver out to you if you get in too late and don't feel like cooking. If you have animals just beware there are burrs out there and to check your animals paws after each walk. Only downfall is we did not find any facilities that have restrooms in it. Would stay here again on our way through. There is FHU 50amps with 3 pull through

Interesting Place!
We stayed in Feb 2017 and chose this place because a severe thunderstorm was approaching and we wanted to be on high ground. The owner is not on site. He shows up every couple of weeks or so according to one of the long term residents. The office is a locked dilapitated trailer with a mail box on the outside and a slot in the door. You take an envelope from the mailbox, write your name and site number (which you choose yourself) on the envelope, deposit $25 in cash in the envelope, and then deposit the envelope in the slot in the door. Payment is completely on the honor system (yep that's right! Honor system!) The word "resort" is a stretch...there are no amenities other than sewer, water and electricity. However, this was an adequate port in a storm for us.
