We stopped here on our way back home. We saw the reviews here and they are pretty much spot on. The place is huge and all pull through and large level concrete pads. Place is very clean. No complaints. Price for us was $71 but cheaper with Good Sam’s. We have a 25ft Rv no tow. It is a resort after all. Would definitely come back.

Great Rv Park
This is a very nice Rv park with roomy, clean sites. Pull through sights that aren’t too close to your neighbor. They need to update there prices on this site but we would definitely stay here again !

Great Amarillo Stop
We have found our new stopping place when passing through. Very clean and well maintained. Awesome bathrooms, nice hosts, large park, concrete level pads with full hookups and easy to navigate.

One Night Stay.
We came in after the office had closed. Name and space # was on paper in window. Also found the WiFi password there. We did not use facilities. In and out of the park was easy. Did notice patched asphalt (as posted in other review) but nothing concerning there. Access to I-40 is very easy. This is a big place with lots of spaces.

Needs Upgrades
Washers & driers were very inoperable. Supply chain issues? Perhaps. Road surfaces are in need of repairs, pothole aversion mode in place. Otherwise a great place to stay. As a side note for Amarillo in general keep your windows closed with the southern wind as the smell of manure wafted through the air due to the farmlands that dominates the landscape.

Easy on/off from/to I 40 with a Love's Travel stop nearby. The CG is a big open space turned into a rv park, but it's Texas after all. The sites a concrete and level with plenty of space between them. The interior roads are a little rough but it doesn't matter since you're only going 10 mph. Some cable channels were fuzzy but that may have been my equipment. Wifi worked fine. I would definitely stay here again

Nice park. Easy access on and off highway. We were a late check-in and didn’t receive any info on park( map/ WiFi etc) just our space number. That was disappointing. Nice pull-thru with full hookups made our quick overnight stop convenient.

Very Nice
Nice stop in Amarillo. Clean, friendly, good space between sites. Stones instead of grass. Nice picnic tables. Big pull through sites, no need to unhook if just passing through. They have a small menu incase you don't want to go any where. Down the road from Cadillac Ranch.

A Nice Spot In Amarillo
Resort was nice. Pads were large. Facilities were good. All of what everyone else says on the review. Loved the buried RV monolith. Super close to Love's to fuel up when you're ready to go. Check out our travel blog: http://triplelacres.com/Lillback1/

Nice Park
We stayed here 4 days. Nice park and facilities. Sites are concrete and level. Plenty of room for big rigs. Bathrooms were clean except the bath house nearest us had one out of order and another the coded lock would not work. The inside roads need some attention, several with good sized potholes. The cable TV was snowy the whole time. We finally just switched to our antenna. Called office and reported on day 2. Said they had reported it but it was not fixed during our stay. We have stayed here in the past and have always been very pleased with this park.

Nice Stopover
Stayed one night traveling through. Sites are easy in easy out with large RV and trailer. Concrete level sites made it easy to get in and set up for the night quickly. Park was clean and close to Cadillac Ranch and within short distance to restaurants and some shopping. Loves located right up the street for convenient fuel stop. Overall a nice park. Some interior road repair needed and was in process as the pot holes in some areas were a little bit of a pain if they could not be navigated around but it appears those will be gone soon.

Great For A Stop Over
Stayed one night passing through. Clean, maintained, quiet, friendly, nice pool, close to interstate. But I wouldn’t want to stay any longer. This RV Resort is basically a parking lot for RVs. No shade. Very Windy!! Smells of cows. For an over night stop, it’s great. But no longer.

What Happened
This has always been one of my favorite overnight stops... stay 4 times a year but last night was charged $50 for our 19' ..
.. thats the 2nd highest fee... the only higher one was overlooking the ocean and not smelling cows... was willing to overlook smell for terrific bathrooms but not at $50 a night

Military Family
Called a few days ahead of our travel, not only was the staff super friendly they informed us that military stays the first night free! I explained that we would only be staying over night on our way from Colorado to San Antonio; didn’t matter we were staying free. Pulled in after hours and the sites are clearly marked and all spots are concrete pads. Bathrooms/showers are very clean and accommodating. Will definitely stay again...thank you Oasis.

Nice Place Right Off I-40
Been here twice, will be back many more times. It’s easy to get to, easy to get back on interstate, has nice pull-thru sites with full hookups. Sites aren’t perfectly level but pretty close. Can be noisy at night from local traffic and interstate but that’s to be expected. Facility is very nice, staff is friendly, and you can get a spot after hours by just going to the front door of the office. It will say which sites are open, go park at one and settle up in the AM. The Love’s next door is pretty small, I don’t take my 45 ft coach in there. It was tight with a 27 ft class C.

Great Stop
We are a military family moving from coast to coast- this is a wonderful rv park! Big, clean, and level spots. Easy to find, well organized numbering. The staff is very helpful and friendly- nice big grassy pet area. Very quick & easy on and off from hwy 40, LOVE’S gas station is also right there, couldn’t be easier!
No negatives, and nicest of all- active duty military stay the first night free! THANK-YOU for appreciating your military!

Beautiful Park
We stopped here overnight. Easy on/off the highway and easy to navigate in our big rig. This is a beautiful park. Large level sites are asphalt with crushed stone patio area and picnic table. Impeccably maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice dog park. Only a 5 minute drive to Cadillac Ranch. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow, what a place, right down to the local humor in decorations. Is brand new and is kept that way. Paved streets with concrete pads and asphalt parking extensions. Very nearly level. All hookups are easily accessible and user friendly. Staff is friendly and helpful and seemed glad we were there. An abundance of clean, well maintained bathrooms with plenty of hot water and places to sit and hang dry things were spotted over the park. Lovely pool and patio area, suitable for entertaining, with nearby playground. Dog walking area. WiFi and cable TV were strong and reliable. Mostly long term residents around the outer perimeter, but those sites were neat and well maintained. Convenient to interstate 40, but little if any noise. We visited in a motorhome and will welcome a chance to return.

Great Showers!!!
After 5 days with our RV’s hot water not working, it was great to find a place with a perfectly clean shower room — large, with several hooks for towels and clothes, a small bench, sink w/counter, and a toilet.
And a deadbolt on the door.
We called for a reservation because we were coming in late. Very easy. Spacious, level site.
Couldn’t ask for more. Spent one night there in a Class C, 30 amps, full hookup, for just over $35.00 with Good Sam discount.

Nice
We enjoyed our stay here. Great bathrooms! Full individual bathrooms with toilet, sink, and shower with locking door. Nice wide level concrete pads with nice hook up posts. Cable. Nice dog run area and kids playground. Right down the road from the actual Cadillac ranch - much closer to it than the other RV parks. Very convenient and short drive over to the Amarillo medical area and businesses. This is a great place if you happen to be in Amarillo.

From the moment I called to make reservations the man that greeted me was awesome. We got in late that night, had some tire issues and they were more than awesome about accommodating our unplanned extra days stay. Pool was awesome, wings at the cafe were great, easy access to laundry, garbage and bath houses all around the property and super close to Cadillac Ranch. Thx for an awesome stay, would def stay again!

Clean and Friendly
Extremely friendly staff, and cleanest best-kept facilities I have ever seen at an RV park, yet the price. Nice pool and hot-tub also. The first time I stayed there they waived our full fee for a military discount! We are staying here again right now and kids are enjoying the pool.
Only downside, as was already mentioned, is the cow feed-lot smell gets pretty strong when the wind blows, but anyone from Texas is probably used to that.
Perfect place to stay on your way through Texas!

Accommodating
Spent three days after truck broke down. Owners were extremely cordial and helpful. The park was well maintained and extremely clean. The spaces were huge compared to most we stayed in. Would not pass it without staying again.
As for the individual complaining about the smell, in Texas we call that the smell of money and it was only noticeable when the wind kicked up.

My husband and I parked here for one night in a travel trailer. The sites were paved and level; perfect to pull in and be ready to go in the morning.
