Great place to stay. Great folks, level concrete pads, easy in and out and quiet. Will for sure use it as our first choice in the area.

Didn’t Want To leave
Great spot to stay. Very clean restrooms/showers and campground. Laundry facilities available. The office had RV supplies of you needed anything. Staff was super great. We ended up staying an extra night. We camped on the river side which are all back in. Pull through sites are on the opposite side of the office. If I have to leave a negative it would be the road between the river and campground, but it was not an extremely busy road. There is a bench by the river that I sat and read books at without any distractions. We camped in a 26’ travel trailer. I would most definitely return. About 15 miles from Pigeon Forge, but my favorite spots were the Cades Cove Loop and the newly opened Missing Link with views that are absolutely amazing. Beautiful area to drive and be amazed by God’s creation.

Pros: Lots of pull thru sites, Clean, Safe Place, Laundry Area, Staff are friendly
Cons: Not very much shade, Lots of rules, Not very much room between campers, No pool, Must rent a fire pit, WiFi was super weak!!!
We might stay at this campsite again but only if we were super busy sightseeing!!!

We stayed at this park for a week this fall. (2017). The park is spotless, including the bathroom/shower area. They also have a nice laundry room for guests to use. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Tiny spaces
This RV park is located close to Pigeon Forge and the Smokies; however, there are other parks nearby that appear to be just as convenient. The spaces are very tight--only enough for your rig and the provided picnic table with a tiny bit of grass between your space and the next. Row after row of RVs--absolutely no privacy. The river lots are actually across the street from the river and the street is a public roadway that is well-traveled. The bulk of the park feels like--guess what--a big meadow full of RVs. There are a lot of rules posted everywhere and they are hard core about them. There are only two showers for the whole park--both near the office (2 men's 2 ladies). If you just want a place to park while you visit the area, it is clean and safe but if you crave a bit more from a park for this price, keep looking.
