Great site. Had all facilities. Friendly. They are even adding 5 more pads. One thing to keep is if you are pulling a large camper. Go around to the back gate on the north side of the airport on Aviation Ave. They have a bypass lane for big rigs.

Nice Camp
The spaces are small if you can get one. We were given one of the 7 or so overflow spaces that is pretty much a cement parking lot with elec., and water hookups. We were still happy. Nothing to complain about, except maybe the taps going off at 4:30 p.m., and again at 10:00 p.m. that scared us to death because the speaker for the base is in the overflow campsites. It was VERY LOUD! The camp host was very helpful and pleasant. She gave us maps, and a book about what to see in Charlestown. The internet warned us not to go to North Charlestown because of gang activity, so we didnt. We would definitely come again. You also have access to everything on the base. There was a huge park with picnic tables, tennis and basketball courts right next to the campground.
