Very Crowded
Very expensive for a very crowded park. Our family was staying there so we figured we would too. Our granddaughters loved the playground and pile of sand, but lots of kids and parents cut thru your site to get to the playground. No grass growing, just sand and dirt.
$90.00 a night should get you a place to set outside without bumping into another’s RV.

Great location bathrooms need work, showers suck, warm water for no more than a minute

Best At the Cape
Somewhat pricey for folks used to state parks, but clearly the nicest of the three adjacent RV parks a short walk to the Cape attractions. Direct access to BLM and Forest Service land and paths from back of the park for dog walkers and hikers. Easy level trails along base of hill and moderate 1.? mile loop trail to Ocean view point and bench. Start ends of loop trail marked by pink flagging or red reflectors.

Too Close For Comfort
This park has a great location, a few steps from the beach and within driving distance front hiking and other attractions. The first two nights were fine; there was a vacant space near us, but the third night a noisy family moved in and we could hear them talk until after eleven at night. In addition, they built a smokey fire that filled our camper with smoke. We asked them to put it out since they were not even sitting around it. They told us to close our windows which were already closed. Fires should not be permitted in such tight spaces.

Beach Access Is Great
Stayed for about a week and best part was the beach access. This place is situated just across the road from the beach, so it was very convenient. You can hear the ocean from these spots.
Be prepared for RABBITS EVERYWHERE! Would have I known there were wild rabbits here, and rabbit poop everywhere, I would not have stayed here. Not only did it drive my dogs nuts, but grossed me out to sit outside.
The spaces for long trailers (42’) and long bed trucks was very tight. Scratched the trailer with a tree branch trying to get into our spot; there were easier spots open they didn’t offer us. Space between trailers is small. They do have some long-term residents right next to us and that wasn’t very appealing - wish they would have mentioned that.
The marketplace, the pool (open til 7 or 8) and doryland pizza were great, and very clean. Nice to have a few amenities right here if you need something, or just a hot meal.
Not a bad place, but crowded sites. And lots of bunnies.

Cute Rabbits everywhere
Awesome location!!
Ocean just across the road.
Fitted my 24ft RV easily - see pic.
Great kids play area - see pic.
Heated indoor pool and jacuzzi (no pic).
It's a busy place.
Kids enjoyed chasing the cute rabbits all over the park.
Front office has some fast food, seafood and groceries which is nice.
Some local food stores nearby.
RV sites are level with a table and fire pit.
Would love to come again.

Nice campground. A bit tight for bigger rigs. However, be prepared for the two dozen or so domesticate rabbits roaming the place. Droppings everywhere. Drove my dog nuts.

Very Bad Experience
Sprinkler came on at 4am and raked the back of the motor home for 3 hours. Will be checking for damage to RV and very unhappy with the lack of sleep.

Nice Park
Nice enough park, just a bit crowded for us. Great location if you want access to the Cape, but when we pull the trailer somewhere we are just hoping for a little more space.
