Nice Park!
Great little park. E-Z access from the highway. Clean and well maintained. Good size laundry room with several machines. Nice folks! Would stay here again.

Gravel
Was a decent park WIFi was good and place was clean. However be advised there is a mile of gravel road to get to the park. Everything was full of dust by the time I got there. Left early in morning and I think the dew kept the dust down.

Very Nice Park
Well groomed park with pull thru sites nestled within mature shade trees. Full hookups with excellent WiFi. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Nicely maintained surrounding areas. Laundry and shower facilities neat and clean. Close to interstate for easy on/off but road noise not too bad. A relaxing park good for the overnight or extended stay. Putting on my favorites list.

Nice Park
Very nice privately owned campground, previously a KOA. Well planned with a great layout. Meticulously maintained with attentive service from the owners. We were guided to our site. Our site was a pull-through full hookup site. Sites were level and grassy with mature trees for shade. The owner has maintained nice walking paths around the property that we really enjoyed. Easy access from I94. There is some road noise but we didn’t hear it from inside the coach. The county road leading to the campground is in need of grading and dusty, but the roads inside the park are well maintained and easy to navigate in our 40 foot motor home. Good WiFi and T-mobile service. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place
Park is clean & host's are very nice. Keep in mind you are close to the hwy so it can be noisy. Our pull through with water and elect was $33 a night and almost level. Bathrooms are closed because of Covid19 but they have a dump station so it is not a problem. Free wifi & cable

Made an unscheduled one night stay due to high winds June 2020. Owners very friendly & accommodating. Level sites many with good shade. Showers not open due to covid restrictions during our stay. Highway noise & gravel access road are slight drawbacks but overall a very clean well managed campground.

Good Spot For A Night
Campground was quiet. Need to bring extension cords for electric as sites share space and you may end up too far from plug in. Bathrooms were very clean, bright and spacious! Highway was very close and created some road noise. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Can get muddy if it’s raining (which it did). We were able to get in as walk-ins.

To get to this campground (an old KOA), you exit the interstate and backtrack 1 mile on a rough, dirt road .... which was a muddy mess (it had just rained). The park, itself is nice with very friendly check-in. Dog friendly and well-maintained, grassy grounds. Our concern is always about trees, as we have a 40 ft 5th wheel with 4 slides. The bedroom slide has a ‘slide-in-a-slide’, so it comes out quite a ways. The sites share utilities, so your doors, picnic tables and awnings share the same space. Not our preferred setup. Overall, adequate for an overnight stop $36/with Good Sam discount

Very Pleased
Nice wooded lots. Plenty of room to let out slides. The couple running the park are very friendly. Bathrooms were some of the best we have had on this journey and well maintained. The whole park was well maintained. Close to the Buffalo. Museum which was interesting for a break on our journey. Reasonably priced at $34 a night.

Dean was able to accommodate us short notice. Appreciated rates based on what using, and offered Sam Goody discount, and got a pull through site.

What a wonderful campground. The owners/ hosts are kind and hospitable. The sites are gravel with grass and shade trees between each site. The bathrooms and laundry are immaculate. We highly recommend.

This is our go-to camp in the Jamestown area. Other reviews are accurate in services provided. Lee and Dean are always glad to see us. This camp fills up, so call for a reservation.

Picked this campground from the Park Advisor app and stayed one night. Camp is beautiful and well maintained with large shade trees with most of sites being shaded. Laundry and showers clean!! Staff exceptionally nice and escort you to your site. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is you do hear all the traffic noise from I-94. Other than that it's a great campground and I would stay again. Stayed in 5th wheel for 1 night.

We just had a great stay here. Needed an RV spot and a cabin for one night which they had available. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. A nice playground for the kids. Clean restrooms. We definitely recommend!
