Beautiful Park
This is a small, but beautiful park. The lake is beautiful and the campground clean and shady. Will probably stay here again.

Lots of Camping Sites and Amenities
The website for reserving our spot was excellent & included video pans of each spot. You will find many levels of tree coverage spots to choose from. We did notice that quite a few spots required extensive "building" to bring the camper to level. Some almost looked unsafe they were built up so high in certain areas. Be prepared. As others mentioned, we did notice quite a few spots requiring two water hoses to reach the hookup. We noticed this mostly in the North Campground, but this is not to say it won't be in other areas. The North Campground did have a more spacious, quiet feeling as well. We walked the Hillman Trail & found it to be very well kept, level, & easily enjoyed with our 8 year old. The downside of the beach area was the boats constantly whipping riders too close to the swim/launch making it difficult to paddleboard against the stronger waves = disappointed kids. Two trails allow biking, the fishing pier was smaller, & the showers/toilets were super clean.

Beautiful Camp Sites
The camp sites are spacious and the showers in the new building are wonderful. Bring a long water hose. There are some sites where the water and electric are far apart.

Great Park
We were just there June 4th-7th 2018 Great camping spots all drive through, lots of trees for shade, very nice swimming beach area. Bathrooms are modern. Nice playgrounds for the kids. Walking trails, also outside the park is a bike path going east and west. Across from the Park is a museum of machinery. 30 min ride from the park is the Pembina gorge just a Beautiful area All in all this is a beautiful park and great area to camp. Just outside the park is a nice 9hole golf course.
