This is not a typical commercial campground but instead a small operation that fits just two RVs at a time as it’s sits on private property in a wooded residential area. There are, however, hook ups for electricity (50A), sewer and water. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring with a common area for walking your dog. Cell service is decent and you can hook up to the local cable company if you’ll be there a while. The owner was super friendly and helpful giving us lots of local info as it was our first time in the area. We stayed almost a week and got to hike in the Smokies national park, visit Asheville, see elk, visit the nearby casino and a couple of breweries (make sure you drink at Boojum!) A good location and we like not being squished in with lots of other RVs.
