The location is great - across the road from the lake, with a marina right there. Clean restrooms and showers. But lots of full-timers in seedy-looking RVs. The roads are dirt and the spaces are grass, and it all turns into a swamp when it rains, with standing water pooling up in the sites. Our neighbors were in a tent, and they were almost flooded out with half of their site becoming one big puddle. When we left in the morning, I had to engage 4-wheel drive to keep our wheels from spinning in the mud. An investment in some gravel could make this a first-class park.

Great friendly place!! Our site had a bit of an odd water hookup location and our hose was too short and the camp owner quickly offered up 1 of their hoses!! A simple walk across the road puts you IN Lake Champlain for swimming, kayakin, and any water activity you like. The beach is mainly tiny pebbles instead kf sand but it is still a beach my kids loved!
