Terrible

Garbage piled up and running over on to the ground. Dumpster appears to be emptied only once a week. Advertise full hookups, but when we arrived we were told they didn't have sewer. Advertised washer and dryer, they don't have that either. Employees were rude. Dogs were off leash, no dog park. Golf carts zipping around being driven by kids. Worst park I've ever seen!

Mostly a seasonal campground. It is right on the river. We were able to bring our jet ski and rent a slip. The river connects to Cross Lake which is about a 20 min trip by boat. The campground had a restaurant, pool, and boat launch. They had electric and water, but did not have sewer hook up. They did have a dump station. They also had a guy that would come to your camper and pump it out. The people were very nice. I had actually over paid and they came and found me to pay me back!
