Too many trees to navigate larger rigs both driving through the park and parking. Back in only spots. Be careful what spot you reserve. Sand everywhere, no grass. 30 and 50 amp service, very reliable. Very inexpensive which brings in less than desirable neighbors. Kept all exteriors compartments locked when not at home. Spotty WiFi but free, WiFi best when parked closer to the office. Too many trees for satellite dish.

Not Too Busy
This is a good campground if you prefer not being crowded. Campsites are a decent size and level. Water and electric at all sites. Most sites share a water spigot, bring a Y adapter. There's a lake with rowboat rentals, fishing, hiking trails, and staff are very friendly and helpful. Every other Sunday long island live steamers runs little steam trains for the kids to ride on.
Now like everything there are some less desirable features. There is a shooting range around the corner, it's not a big one and not too busy but you will hear the gunshots. There is a small airport nearby, so you'll hear the small planes taking off. It's got a lot of trees so there is quite a lot of caterpillars. So if you are like me and don't mind those 3 small things, you'll enjoy your stay.
