Got Evacuated For Henri
We planned to stay here 7 nights, but only stayed 3 because Tropical Storm Henri came through and the park closed. There are about 100 sites, but all dry camping except 10 with electricity. There is a dump station, and a few water spigots scattered around the park. Generator hours are posted as 9am-1pm and 5pm-9pm, but it didn't seem like anyone cared and just ran generators all the time. The restrooms are nice enough, and the showers are one temperature and run by a sensor, like the hands-free faucets you see everywhere. It took a little getting used to, but they're fine. All in all, it was more than I wanted to pay for no hookups, but this is NY.
