Ok I Guess
Stayed there with a 29 ft trailer, spot was nice and level. Bathrooms were clean, but only one shower house for the whole campsite. Reports a couple of issues, lights and shower curtains needed attention and nothing was done the whe time we were there. NYS needs to invest some $$ for upgrades, new roads and upgrade the bathrooms. Ended up moving to Higley camp ground.

Nice park! Pin is in the wrong location as stated by previous reviewer. Has some really nice sites on the lake. Not an RV Park for big rigs because of tight corners and narrow roads within the park. Sites are nicely maintained and large. They are also spaced apart so you have some sense of privacy. Bathrooms and shower house are acceptably clean.

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly
We were traveling from Carthage NY to Sanford ME and just needed a place to stay for the night. The pin was off by quite a bit so keep driving past the pin the camp is actually at the end of the road.
The Good: The price* for the area and the beautiful landscape. If you are tent camping or have a class B this is a wonderful spot. Hiking, swimming, etc.
The Bad: The price* only includes a place to stay and maybe water at your site - no electric- short generator hours. $5 extra per night if not a NY resident. Sites are gravel and not level.
The Ugly: The roads are narrow and very winding. If you are much bigger than 30ft you may have difficulties navigating and finding a spot to fit your rig.
Comments: These sites can be booked online, but they will take walk ups on a first come basis. We did not end up staying here because we could not find a spot that we felt we could level. The facilities look nice. The dump station looked well maintained.
Happy trails and go in faith.
