A Diamond in the Rough

At once, a seedy trailer park (As in 'Trailer Park Boys'). Since Gailen and Jasna bought the place six months ago, changes and improvements have been under way. A 12 site park; it's gated/secure with many personal touches that include private hot spring suites, free laundry (when we stayed) and privacy walls between each site. Spent two days and enjoyed our stay. Sites may be more accommodated for 25-35 ft. Very close to downtown T&C and to a Brew House and food truck that delivers next door to the brew house.
