March 2021 - Arrived after closing, couldn't ask management for permission but noticed in the back of the parking lot a sign that said no overnight RV parking, violaters would be towed. Not sure if policy has changed. There were no other RVs or vans in the lot.

Great Place

We stayed here in OCT overnight. Plenty of space, ok to stay, there was one other RV with us and a homeless person on the sidewalk, otherwise uneventful! This is a better place than Walmart especially if you are a member of Sams Club. Just position your RV under the light pole so you have light on 3 sides of your RV.

Beware

We stopped at this Sams to sleep a few hours while driving home from Colorado to Oklahoma. The very short time we were there someone broke into two of our storage compartments of our motorhome. It is very difficult to find a place to rest on this stretch of road. There may be a valid reason Walmart doesn’t allow overnight stay in this area.

On The Down Low

Surprisingly quiet though pretty brightly lit parking lot. Showed our appreciation by shopping here (we are longtime members). No issues with security, but on the second morning, two employees, I think, bracketed our rig with their cars making it difficult to get out and led to me dinging our truck. :-(

Stayed over one night but looks like others may have been there awhile. Great trail system right behind Sam's club along the riverbed (dry at the time we were there) great for biking, walking, jogging, and even had frisbee golf!

Overnight No Problems

We stayed from 8:30pm to 8:30 am. There were many RVs that seem like they have been camping at Sam's for awhile.

One Night, No Issues

Lots of rvs and cars here in the side lot, but still spacious. Secluded and darker than most lots which was nice, and no real concerns about safety. Better than your average Wal-Mart.

stayed 1 night - no issues

Stayed 1 night at santa fe Sam's club because we read Santa fe walmart didn't allow overnights. maybe 3 other rvs and 4 or 5 cars overnighting. no issues.

Sam Club

We stayed here 2 non consecutive nights in February. No issues what so ever. This was a small colony of people staying here. I'd say about 12 ranging from cars to 40 ft campers. 90% of which were there both times we stayed.
