UNLIKE A TYPICAL KOA
When you find yourself surrounded by beautiful juniper trees, it doesn't have the typical koa look.
Winner of recent national awards, this is the perfect spot when visiting Santa Fe. Well manicured and managed; we're glad we chose. Less than 10 miles from town, you'll like the seclusion.
As stated in other reviews, may be challenging for big rigs; but all good with B's & C's.
Our patio site was G7 right across from office, laundry & showers.
Parking can be a challenge in town for B's & C's if your not towing a car. We found the De Marcus Shopping Center (where Sprouts is located) in the back lot. It's a .8 mile walk to the Plaza from there.
Also, put Harry's Roadhouse on your dining list, 10 minutes away on Old Las Vegas Hwy

Scenic campground with very clean facilities. The trees make it very beautiful, much nicer than a flat gravel lot. Might be a bit tricky for bigger rigs but we did just fine. The staff was very attentive and worked with me on the phone when I was having a little bit of trouble reserving online. Would definitely stay here again.

Not BIG RIG Friendly
Very difficult to get in and out with our 40' Class A due to lots of trees on every corner between all spaces. Asthetically improves the park but not ideal for larger RVs

Meh...
Folks that were working at the front offices when we arrived (end July 2020) were really put out that we asked to change our spot. It’s a campsite not bone marrow...sure the owners would not have been pleased with these sour grapes...(two older couples that travel together and I guess work at KOAs..) place was just “ok”..using this Park Advisor site could have found us a much better place..was just OK..

Nice Place
The park is sited about halfway between Pecos National Historical Park and Santa Fe. Clean park, friendly and helpful staff. Level gravel site. Located on historic Route 66. Would stay again.

Perfect Place To Stop!
Generously sized spaces, lots of trees, and very friendly staff. Small store stocks the essentials. Would absolutely return. They do close in the winter, however.

Great place to get a rest. Plenty of room to walk dogs. Management was really wonderful. Helped us with some "newby" RV problems. Very friendly!
