Not Good

We stayed here for a week, which was 7 days too long. It was very tight pulling our 45' 5th Wheel in and out of the park through the gates. Staff seemed to be impersonal and a bit curt. The sewer drains are flush with the ground and covered with large rocks. The drain was so slow that it took an hour to dump our tanks. Water pressure is very low. 2 of the 5 washers were out of service and 1 out of 3 dryers was out of service. One of the 2 working dryers had a sign stating to use at your own risk because it had a tendency to "eat quarters" and management would not refund any losses. You had to go off site on your own to find quarters because the office did not keep rolls of quarters on site. We definitely WILL NOT stay at this rundown, very noisy, and dogs roaming free park again. If you do stay there watch where you step.

Older park, but getting a make over, not high price, easy to get to, large spaces, I like it. Staff is outstanding an helpful, this park is up an comeing, owners are upgrading everything and take pride in what going on an what planed..

Not ideal

Best price but you definitely get what you pay for. Staff was pleasant. Looks like most of the people are permanent. Good for late pull in early pull out. Probably won’t stay again
