Great Place
The camprground is nice and will be back. It is seperated into 2 sides. Thw side with lake and the side with the pool. The side with the lake will remind you of a state park with more to offer. A nice fishing lake, and nice shade. The side with the pool will remind you of a rv resort. A large pool will entertain the kiddos and the sites are wrapped around the pool.

We Liked!
Stayed with 4 kids in late July. It was HOT, but thats why we brought an RV with AC. Pool was good, not to crowded. Check in was extremely easy. Spacious lots with 90% shaded pine trees. Red deer and pigs walking around because we're in a HUGE cage. Overall, good decision to stay here.

This was a very Awesome park to visit for a week during the Pandemic, my son and wife loved the wild animals roaming throughout the camp ground. The pool was being renovated but the activities for young kids to do were plentiful, will be returning in the near future. Keep improving thumbs up!! Excellent staff, loves the camping spots
Ok, But Going Downhill Fast
This park is ok, but deteriorating quickly under new management. The day passes were a terrible idea and why we won’t be back. Also, the new campsites are practically on top of each other and this will lead to a very full pool which is the only real attraction inside the campground. The pool seemed dirty, crowded, and the parked lacked trash cans / dumpsters inside, despite the numerous flies everywhere. The biggest problem is the cell service, both T-Mobile and Verizon have little to no coverage. Which isn’t necessary until it starts raining and everyone has to spend hours inside the camper.

Perfect For Kids And Grandkids
We took our grandkids and they had a blast. The staff was awesome very accommodating on any thing we needed. We was on site 34, which is a perfect site for a family with children. Close to everything. The animals were a added treat and so were the golf carts. We rode all over at dust to see the deer. The lake sites look great I would definitely try one of those if the grands were not with us. The new owners have a lot planned for the park. The owner was very friendly and wanted to know if we were taken care of. When he wasn’t there the man in charge was very visible. It is a definite 5 stars to me.

2019 Easter Weekend
Spent 3 nights. No complaints. Deer, pigs running everywhere. Fun site. When staying and you’re not cooking. Go to Stogner’s Fish Camp on 98 east of paradise ranch. They are only open Thursday thru Saturday from 4pm to 10pm. Had a seafood platter that was really good.

My Favorite So far.
This is my favorite campground so far. Plenty stuff to do, kids and adults. Meaning it’s privately owned I think the staff are not as strict as some of the state parks and such. Wish they had more cement pads, but I’m sure it’s in the works for future campers. Awesome awesome place.

Very nice place. Only a few concrete pads but that was not a problem. No wifi and limited phone service but that was kinda nice in a way. I’m very picky on what parks I will stay at but I will be back to stay as we enjoyed our 4 nights here.

$40
A truly unique camping experience. Huge spring fed pool with 50 sites around it. Extremely nice people that run the place. Red stag deer roaming, a family of pigs and a few goats. They mostly stay by the bass lake sites thought. Beautiful grounds with large planted pines, providing excellent shade for an afternoon hammock nap. Will definitely be back!

Awesome place for the family. Town is about 20 minutes away, but besides that, really enjoyed it and will definetly be back.
