Good Location

Improvements are desperately needed. Mostly permanent or maybe seasonal residents. Apartments on the property as well. Manager very nice. It’s just fine if your not looking for a view. They take Passport America too.

Needs Work

This is an old park under new management. A really nice guy wanting to make overnighters welcome, but he may have bit off more than he can handle! Narrow concrete pads that can hold 2 short rigs, or one big. Breakers falling out of site given so ran extension to pole on next site. Many permanent residents with old trailers, stuff piled around, and loose dogs. Close to beach, convention center, restaurants, mall, and railround runs next to it...loud during day. Good luck to new owners.
