Beautiful RV park!
Beautiful gated RV park with spacious full hookup sites. Water access with boat ramp. Hubs says it’s the best electric he has seen at any campground. Beautiful view of the St Mary’s River where you can watch the big ships headed to the Soo Locks. Minutes away from De Tour Village and the Drummond Island ferry. If you’re looking for a place to relax, I highly recommend.

Awesome! Natural & Quiet. Great WiFi!
Small, and very quiet and peaceful place! Not overly commercialized and keeps it’s natural setting. Great views of the lake and passing freighters in the distance. The Wi-Fi is very good, which was very important as I work remotely. I had no issues. Love that it is gated and more secure. It is also on a point, so no local traffic; just quiet. Owners very helpful and friendly! Want to come back!

We stayed in this park two years ago for the months of July and August. We enjoyed ourselves so much we came back for the months of July and August this year! Wonderful views of the ships passing by heading to the locks. Nice sheltered harbor for parking your boat, with new floating docks this year. Great place away from traffic which makes it wonderful for families with small children and it is quiet! Big Rig friendly, full hookups 50 Amp. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, they really step up to the plate to make your stay comfortable.

Best Small Park In the UP!
Right on the water, very clean and well maintained with friendly helpful hosts. I come here because of the location, the smallness, the remoteness, the water, the quiet, and appreciate the gated entrance.

It was made very clear to us that it was not kid friendly or even family friendly. And is very expensive, upwards of $70 a night 9f you have larger groups. Its Detour...its not that great. This is geared more toward retired population, which is fine....but perhaps make that noted on your facebook page or website. We will not be camping here. If you dont want families, you sure as heck dont get us on adult retreats either.

Have stayed here several times and intend to stay again. Sites are set up for great views of the water, are taken care of very well, clean and quiet. Just put in new boat docks this past summer. Staying here has always been a pleasure.

Campers
My name is Cheryl Harder. We have stayed at Paridise Point over the past 2 years. This is the best it gets folks. The layout is beautiful. It is peaceful.Full view of the tankers that pass thru the great lakes.Full hookup.50 amp with Sewer and water. The entrance to the property was easy and when we were there four 48 foot motor homes were camping with plenty of room. The private gate was no big deal.Easy in easy out with a number to call .The owners were around most of time but when they were going to be gone they let us know .This campground is not your normal campground. The lots are large and not like a normal campground that crams a lot of campers and KIDS into a noisy place. Some people like that .If you like the Peaceful beauty of the North and Peace and quiet is what you are looking for. This is it Folks. There are a few nice bars and restaurants close by and Raber was super. The first year we were there Lori and her husband took us out there for diner.GREAT Hosts.Northern mi. Beautiful sites. Quiet and peaceful. One draw back is although sites will accommodate large RVs with a tow, they are not pull thru.. you may pull in but you will have to be able to back out of site. Owner was very friendly and helpful to us. Calling ahead is almost a requirement as this is not a drive by location..

Pissed Off Camper
VERY RUDE!!!!!! Pulled up to find out it is a locked gate and need to be pre registered to get a pass code. Called the number and because we chose not to stay and camp after seeing it the owner would not let us turn around. We had to back out a one lane curvy dirt driveway for a half mile to escape!!! Will never come back!!!!
