A Great Surprise!

My family used to stop by here years ago on trips to the thumb. It wasn't much more than a few playground things and a pavilion. This campground has greatly expanded and there are lots of options in terms of sites. "The Pines" are beautiful! Some other sites are a bit unlevel. That and very limited cell phone service were our only complaints. Most of the sites were spacious and scenic. Lots of activities and amenities for all ages. The people there were working their tails off getting everything ready for the season. Very friendly staff.
