This place is for sale and for good reason. It’s a dump with a lot of permanent residents. We were sitting outside and the lady on the lawn mower drove right through our site mowing the gravel. Avoid it!

Great Stay
Very nice spot under the trees. Stayed last year in early August. Quite park. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Humid in the area that time of year but the trees helped huge. Bathroom/bathhouse is large and nicely maintained. We will stay again

Dump Station
We had just returned from a long distance camping trip and needed a place to dump our sewage waste. We called Eden Springs and they were more than happy to help us out. We have a 35 foot Motorhome & the charge was $20 to dump. Easy in/out & friendly staff.

The showers were clean and hot, easy check in and very friendly front office staff. We pull a 27' travel trailer and are not used to full hookups, but took whatever they gave us. The rv part of the campgrounds had small spots, not a lot of grass, and trailers parked back and forth. Our neighbors door opened into our spot, which didn't offer much privacy but would be great if camping in a group. Lovely playground and covered sand area for the kids to play.
If we go back, we will request the tent side of the campground as we like our space and outdoor living area.

Quaint & Clean
Reminiscent of a classic travel court. In the process of being restored for its historic value to the community. Nice people running the camp. Large shade trees and clean restrooms/showers. Half appears to be for permanent residents. Close to St.Joe and the beaches. Last time I was there the WIFI wasn't working well - hope they've corrected it this season. Give it a try.
