Very disappointing. This "campground" is for more or less permanent residents. They only have 3 or 4 visitor spots. The first one they sent us to was a new gravel pad 15 feet above the hookups which were down a scree slope and rip rap. It already had two hose connections off the one spigot in use elsewhere; had no sewer (dump available) and we didn't check electricity. The next site was a nice pull through for big rig customers. It had water, but the 30 amp hookup did not work at all. The 50 amp had power but only on one leg, so we still had no power or A/C. We didn't even hook up to water. We Boondocked for $30. All that said, the resort is obviously catering to boat people with a nice marina and what appeared to be a nice restaurant and gift shop. I don't know what questions I could have asked to avoid this. When we reserved the space they should have said nothing was available.
