Great Place To Stay

Found Deer Creek Valley RV to be better than described. Easy access off I-70 and friendly staff to greet you when checking in. All the sites are level concrete pads with full hookups. Clean restrooms and laundry. For us folks that like to travel in the off season DCV RV is a great place to stay. The area

One Night

Very nice place. The set up for each spot was very well thought out & organized. Could have offered a few dog poop stations. Definitely would stay here again.

It Wouldn't Be Hard To Be Polite

Pouring rain and we decided to get off road, it was 5:15 unfortunately. Pulled up to gate, called phone number as instructed, told it was full and That is understandable. Because of the set up at the entrance with a locked gate, we are towing a vehicle and unable to back up to turn around. I asked politely if he could open the gate to allow us to turn around, he is not on premise can't open it. Is it possible to have to code to pull in and turn around? Other wise we have to unhook and it's pouring rain! A nasty NO was the reply, book ahead next time! So rude and unhelpful! I do understand why but he didn't have to be so nasty about it!

As Good As It Gets

Very clean, level lots, easy access to I-70. We were very impressed! Easy registration and contactless check in. Nice & quiet.

Wow, very impressed with this place. Concrete pads for each RV, nice picnic tables, and a manicured grassy area between each pad. Plenty of space so you are not crammed next to your neighbor. Bathrooms are nice and tidy. Wish all RV parks were this nice!

Very Clean

Nice campground with lots of concrete pull-thrus. Facilities are clean and nice, grass is very plush and well kept. Large fenced dog area also well taken care of! Will stop again.

Spent one night very clean and easy in and out. I will stop again on my way to Colorado and back.

Road Trip

Absolutely awesome facility! Concrete streets, pads & patio with picnic table. This place sets the standard that all RV parks need to copy. All are 80’ pull thru. Pool & dog park.

Trip Across America

Our favorite place so far! Beautiful RV Park with nice wide spots and paved! It is away from the road so nice and quiet! Met the nicest people there too! Wish we had planned to stay longer than just one night! Would definitely recommend this place and stay there again if we’re ever back in the area!

It’s Paved

This is a great RV park. Roads and sites are paved. Stayed for a week. Full H/U, large and very clean fenced dog park. Lots of grassy areas. Managers are very nice and helpful. Restrooms and laundry are clean. Park is close to town and within easy drive of many tourist sites. WiFi was ok, but sometimes spotty probably due to too many people streaming movies.

Great Place, Super Clean, Very Nice

We stopped here for 1 night and was totally impressed! The area was so clean, there was a nice space in between each spot, the office was very helpful & kind. Fantastic pool for the kids & Playground too!

Great Place!

What a great RV park for the price. Super clean. Nice pads. We only needed a place to stay overnight. Wish we could have spent a longer time here. We’ll definitely come back again!! Thanks

Very Nice Spot

My wife and I spent the weekend here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The campgrounds was very clean and had a pet area for your dog to run. Good places to eat nearby and not to far way from stuff to do in Topeka.

RV Park owners take note - this is what an RV Park should be. Very well maintained, excellent utilities, clean, and secure. All concrete roads and sites with plenty of real grass between the sites. All sites have little patios with nice picnic tables. Sites are staggered so your picnic table isn't on top of your neighbors sewer connection. Long term sites are neat and clean and not junky. Only stayed a couple of nights, but would definitely consider a longer stay in the future.

Worth More Than 5 Stars

We stopped here overnight traveling through. Very impressed and wished we could've stayed longer. Friendly staff, very clean park, concrete pull-through pads and lots of grass around the sites to walk the dog. The sites were well spaced, didn't feel crowded. Bath houses were very clean. Even the power supply posts were lit. I didn't have to use a flashlight to disconnect for our early departure. Wi-Fi was okay, not real fast. But the cable was great. It was easy to get to off of the interstate. It is away from town, surrounded by trees. We will definitely stay here again when traveling through.

Expensive But Worth It

This facility is super clean and has nice amenities. The dog park is amazing and the pool refreshing. Gated, well lit, clean and large spaces

Rude and Unprofessional

I just tried to make a reservation here and at first was told to call back because he was eating lunch. Then when I called back to try to book a week he said he wasn't authorized to book a full week. Today is a Sunday and I was told to call back on Tuesday to see if a full week would be okay to book. (They want to charge $40.50-$45 a night instead of the weekly rate of $35.71 a night.) When I called back to book the 6 nights at the higher rate, the wife answered and said that I couldn't book a week. I said that was fine, we'll just stay 6 nights. She didn't listen to me. She just assumed I wanted a full week. She then hung up on me! It was the obvious solution to the problem and they wouldn't even have the courtesy to discuss the options. I'm trying to stay there and spend money. Not anymore!

Clean, Nice Grounds, Recommend

Deer creek had a friendly staff and a well cared-for grounds. Everything seemed new and there was plenty of space, plus almost all the spaces are pull through with grassy areas. Really enjoyable! Not a "camping" vibe but recommended for a clean, new and spacious rv park!

Clean, gated park. Site is concrete, water, sewer, electric, cable tv, picnic table. Would stay here again. Pet area, playground, pool, Wi-Fi. All the amenities for about $40/good Sam

Very Clean

Gated campground - nice touch. Concrete pads but ours wasn't even close to level. Served its purpose for a one night lay-over.
