We loved this area of perry as it was near the water but not all the traffic. It is a secluded rv 30 amp with water area but has no bath house. We loved the large open grass area behind our rv for yard games and the dogs. $21 a day but you have to pay $5 extra for your vehicle per day which the web site doesn't say.

Water
I am dry camping so I called and asked if I could use dump station and water and was told I could. So I purchased the pass. Well I can use dump station but not the water. I am dry camping and may use 20 gal. Every few days but if I fill my bottles I get hassled from the park management. I can use the dump station only. Then I was told that if I want to use the water it would be $9.00 a day. Really, it does not cost $9 for 20 gal of water, now if that was a monthly charge I could see paying $30 monthly. I mean really does the state really that broke to RIP off people over water.

Lovely Kansas Camping
I love camping in Hideaway, Hobie Cove and Pelican Point with my teardrop camper. It is a quiet camping area tucked away in a small wooded area of the park. It is a short walk to the beach and close to the boat ramp. I can enjoy stargazing while sitting next to the fire pit. Cabins are for rent in the area with a great view of the lake. Plenty of trees to enjoy a nap in a hammock.
